Recommended application first use
Apply for 7 consecutive nights. If you experience skin irritation, simply apply less product and skip the next night. Wash off in the morning with soap and water. This will not affect the effectiveness of Perspirex, whether you shower or swim. Maintain protection by applying every 3-5 days. Will protect for up to 5 days.
